The game that is aimed to introduce is An interactive game  mainly based on voice recognition.
It allows
• the real time players.
•  paper free environment.  
• Chatting and voice interaction
•  Implemented on  Unity  and API’s.
• More creative, healthier for brain development and socializing etc

The methodology used for the system development  is described by the Modified Waterfall Model.

It is an android based interactive game, for people of all ages and will somehow also facilitates handicapped , feature of voice recognition will be used by them.

Project Objectives

Some of the major aims and objectives of our proposed game includes:
 

  • Efficiency it is the opposite of waste. As such it is used to describe highly measurable processes. Next is revenue such as market penetration for a new product.
  • Productivity, speeding up the quality.
  • Improving ability to decide.
  • Great players experience such as usability of end product which lead to happy relationships with players.
  • Improving cellphone usage i.e. using the cellphone for brain development
  • Promoting creativity
  • Decreasing procrastination
  • Developing and enhancing capabilities of growing age children.
  • Improving knowledge such as competitive intelligence
  • integration, connecting things and getting them work together.
  • Compliance with rules, regulations and standards.
  • Involvement in entertainment industry.
  • Sustainability, improving the quality time.
  • Risk management, identifying and treating business risks.
  • Lastly, the better performance of the end product.

Project Implementation Method

The development of our proposed game is done by the following steps in software development life cycle (SDLC). The SDLC process involves several distinct stages including requirement analysis, design, development, implementation testing, and maintenance. Each of these steps delivers high-quality software as quickly and cost-effectively as possible. 
The methodology used for the system development  is as described by the Modified Waterfall Model. There are the following reasons of choosing Modified Waterfall Model.

  •   This model is very simple and easy to understand and utilize. 
  •     It is easy to manage but difficult to oversee because of the unbending nature of the model – each stage has particular expectations and an audit procedure. 
  •    In this model stages are prepared and finished in each turn. Phases do not overlap.

During the requirement phase, all the information will be gather through observation and questionnaires. By analyzing  we conclude that each app version has its own features and they are developed by considering interest of users at that time. These apps serve the traditional way of gaming purpose only. Our aim is to develop the application that provides some new features of playing bingo to make it interactive like voice feature alongwith traditional way. 
System design is the solution for the creation of new system. System design focuses on detail implementation of feasible system and includes two phases of development logical design and physical design. Logical design phase describe the input, output, database and procedures details that meet the user requirements. Every user will register in the application . After registration they can play game with their friends or other people for refreshing their mind  .On winning they will also get coins as acknowlegment .In physical design, the system will be implemented with programming or coding to support the result of the logical design.
The application will be develop using  UNITY and implemented on smart phone.It will use Voice Recognition API to make  a voice interactive game. The admin will perform testing of the application and also find bugs and remove them timely. Our system primarily will focuses on building an efficient and user friendly system for people of every age so that they can do fun and relax with their friends .  
 

Benefits of the Project

It’s not a secret that keeping the brain active is the key in lowering the risk of cognitive decline. Our proposed game Ingo is a great way to stretch the mental muscles. It is great for reinforcing skills such as concentration and short term memory , which tend to decline with age. In addition to mental stimulation playing Ingo also has some pretty impressive emotional benefits. It is typically a fun filled event where players  have the opportunity to laugh and enjoy each other’s company. Laughter also relives  stress  and can even boost the immune system. It increases Mental Flexibility and Alertness.

Voice Recognition makes games more immersive, feel more real, and therefore enhances the experience of the players. Among the benefits of using voice recognition  is much less wear and tear on your wrists and fingers. Voice technology is natural. This technology saves time and it is multilingual. It improves customer satisfaction. It also provides facility for handicapped persons ,they can also play Ingo using the voice recognition technology. So, no matter where you play, you can feel great about giving your brain a great workout. Not to mention stimulating your mind, all while having fun. Maintaining an active social life will make you a happier person overall, and taking part in games like Ingo helps you do so. Studies have shown that people who live actively social lives have higher late-life satisfaction and reduced rates of depression and anxiety. The game’s online communities are known to be thriving, as Ingo is full of friendly players who are eager to talk and get to know one another. Ingo operators work hard to foster a sense of community within their games, and many online Ingo players have reported making friends in this environment. Having online friends is great for your social life, so don’t discount the benefits of engaging with others in the digital world. The final product or game will be interactive game developed on Unity  as Unity keeps you and your players happy. A comprehensive mobile-game solution, Unity’s modular tools let you produce and deliver highly engaging 2D or 3D games to players around the world. And its powerful live-ops and monetization solutions ensure high visibility, rock-solid performance, and revenue growth.

Unity will aid to 

1-Learn C#, a powerful modern language, from scratch. No prior programming experience is necessary.
2-Become excellent at using the Unity game engine.
3-Build a solid foundation for game design and game development that will help you build your own games.
4-Learn how object oriented programming works in practice.
5-Create playable game projects - good for your portfolio, or just for your own sense of achievement.

That's why we  preferred Unity platform for our project.

As our game is based on voice recognition ,so we are aimed to use word detection API for our game.

In conclusion, the final deliverable game will be a multiplayer game ,which will be played by using 2-4 smartphones,to show it's working we need alteast 2 cellphones.It will be the game which uses   Unity platform for development.Voice recognition feature will enhance the beauty or interaction of game by providing voice detection facility.
