Being focused on physiotherapy and exercising the project implementation can be at every hospital, and fitness center and can be used by specialized doctors in physiotherapy.
The upper limb exoskeleton aims to achieve is to provide more repetitive movement for the patient's limbs and resistive exercises for enhanced healing and rehabilitation process.
This is for the design of exoskeletons for the upper limbs. To make the modelling process possible, proper forces, motors, and power estimates were required. These calculations were made using engineering laws and equations. The project was modeled in Solidworks with the appropriate dimensions and measurements. The next stage was to determine the material's capability and perform force calculations. It was accomplished with the help of the software ansys and the application of adequate support and forces to the item. It helps with strain energy, young modulus elasticity, and other material characteristic calculations. Fabrication is the next step, which is now underway. Following the manufacturing and testing phases, our product will be a valuable resource for those suffering from a stroke or other condition.
