Summary of the project is just about the smart card and fake card detection. we have come up with this idea by seeing the daily life problems faced by most of the educational institutions Unauthorised students come to the institution with some fake cards and get easily access to the permises.  This was only the brief introduction about the purpose behind fake card detection. The second idea is about to get relief to the students and to save their pecious time. By getting easily access to any academic infromation just in one go.They often had to face the difficulties like getting their transcripts, fee vouchers, exam slips, course detail, and other forms related to their academic by going again and again to the assistants or focal person and sometimes there is a long waiting line waiting for their turn and sometimes the official personnel is not present there and sometimes the room is lock. we all know that how time is precious for the builders of the nation and this is our little contribution for the students to save their time and to get best use of it.

Project Objectives

The main objective of this project is that:

• To differentiate real and fake one students entering to the premises.
• To maintain the integrity of the students.
• Preserve the goodwill of the instituition.
• To provide aid to the students by accessing their academic materials at doorstep.
• To reduce the workload of the official personnel.
• To save the time of the students.
•  To make strong security measures.

Project Implementation Method

The implementation of the program wil be done by following ways.

• First of all, to make the student id cards having QR code and contain all information about the specific student.
• A complete database will be created that contains the whole records of the students.
• After that student is requested to swipe or scan their card.
• if the student is matches with the students database if he is enrolled then the access display wil be shown to the bar code reader or scanner device.
• To make the website that is required for the official personnel to upload the required materials of the students.
• To make the mobile based application.
• Application provides two-step authentication.
• Students have to scan the card from the application to get access to the application. 
• Then student is requested to sign up for the first time and to create its own unique password that is required to get access to the application.
• After getting access from these two-step authentication method.
• Students will have complete access of the application.
• Now they can see their academic material sitting at home or anywhere else.

• This provides the two-step authentication.
• This preserves the student’s integrity.
• The biggest advantage of this smart card is that we can easily distinguish between real and fake students.
• To make strong security measures.
• You can easily get the entire information sitting at home just in one go .
• This smart card offers many services at your doorstep like accessing your transcripts, fee vouchers, results, attendance sheets etc.
• This reduces the workload of the personnel.
• Precious time of the students will be saved.
• They dont need to wait in line for their turn.
• To push the instituition to make best and effective use of technology.
• This can be fruitful for commercialization.
• To make all education instituitions to adopt this technology.
• This will increase the reputation of the institution.
• People will start loving this way of dealings in institutions.
