Smart Heat Stroke Detection System by Using IoT
The increase of temperature on earth's surface as of much affected the peoples, where the concept of heat stroke has become an upsetting circumstance, particularly on the off chance that we consider the increase in deaths by this condition. The impacts caused by issues identified with high temperatures have been of interest for examines where the innovation can have an important role for the arrangement of the same ones. The current work shows the plan of a framework utilizing temperature and heartbeat sensors using IoT concept for detection of Heat stroke.
Our system is basically divided into two parts: Hardware and Software. The System is working in both the sides and performing tasks in both ways but by different approaches. This device integrates several modules. It is divided into sensing modules, ESP32 microcontrollers; GPS module is used to establish communication modules, a risk evaluation module, and a warning module. The sensors collect the environment and physiological information, and then the microcontroller performs data collection and pre-processing, and transmits the data using GPS module communication to the end device to calculate the current heat stroke detection risk levels.
The objective is to plan a Smart heat stroke detection system(SHSDS) with two-way correspondence for example. not only the user data will be sent to the doctor through SMS and email on emergencies, but also the doctor can send required suggestions to the user or guardians through SMS or Call or Emails. Moreover, doctor or guardian can able to track user location at any point in time through Google Map, which would enable to send medical services in case of an emergency.
Now a days, heatstroke is one of the most basic issues in human health because of a dangerous global warming. The major goal of this research is to save valuable lives by proposing a self-aware smart heat stroke detection system (SHSDS) by applying an advancement of healthcare IoT and machine learning technique. The proposed system is a simple to wear and its an cost effective system that even working class individuals can manage and afford it. The system will use real-time sensor data obtained from the users in real-time outdoor and indoor experiment.
The application of IoT in different systems has become necessary due to the large number of situations it can solve, particularly as technological support in problems that commonly require immediate information in real time such as health. In this work, a detection system has been presented that allows health personnel to be notified of temperature and heart rate conditions that may result in a heat stroke. The results showed that the prototype is efficient and reliable to send data of temperature and humidity through the site connection. This work represents an important advance in the detection of heat stroke, a situation that is considered relevant in places not only with high temperatures, but also with a strong thermal sensation of heat, so that it can be used as a support for the detection and timely attention when it is present.
