Project Summary

The term 'E-Commerce' refers to commercial activity conducted over the Internet. Sitting in a chair, an individual can access all Internet resources for purchasing or selling goods. Due to the current pandemic, we know that small businesses have been greatly impacted and most have collapsed.

Through our platform, these small businesses and Vendors can grow and continue to provide their services. In order to assist local vendors, we have added another module to our system where they can upload and advertise their products, and based on feedback and reviews, our system ranks the products.

They can increase their sales even during pandemic situations, while existing systems like Airlift Express, Grocer App, Foodpanda, AliExpress, etc. have some limitations, for instance, some apps are limited to groceries or a few categories like Airlift Express. To overcome these limitations, we developed an application that can be used by Admin, Customer, Seller, Vendor, and Seller and each has unique features and rights.

Different product categories are available in our system so that customers can choose from any category. We offer two unique features to our customers - Exclusive Products and Advanced Search. The Shop-IN exclusive product feature shows only those products delivered the same day to customers and those products that are Shop-IN exclusive. Customers can use Advanced Search to find products according to their needs. Enter the product name, choose a category, select an estimated delivery time range and check the discount option to search for a product.

Project Objectives

We propose a new system that allows customers to order products online while sitting at home. The system allows customers to order products from any category. Customers can place orders 24/7/365. The system provides all types of categories to customers. Additionally, we provide some unique features to our customers to make their shopping experience more enjoyable.

Furthermore, the proposed system offers the customer a variety of payment options, including Several payment options available, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc. In addition, we offer cash on delivery to our customers. All the transactions can be done safely and conveniently online.

As a result, we saved our customer's time and provided them with the best customer service. Online buying of products and services looks at over 60% of customers.

• To make our Web Application efficient and user-friendly, we provide responsive web pages and a user-friendly design. As a result, any website with a responsive design will appear at the top of the website. This should help optimize our shopping cart.

• One of the main objectives of an e-commerce business is to grow relevant traffic. The goal of an e-commerce website or an online shop is to build traffic.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Globally, the economy has declined over the last few years due to the pandemic. In particular, local vendors could not open their shops. A large number of businesses were affected. Local vendors, sellers, and small business owners face the problem that they cannot run their businesses from their homes. Additionally, customers cannot buy products in these situations.

Company can conduct business electronically by using e-commerce solutions. Various e-commerce solutions are available, including those that allow traditional businesses to create and operate World Wide Web sites. Some solutions are geared towards solving a specific problem.
