When it comes to charitable giving, Pakistan is agenerouscountry.Itcontributes             more than one percent of its GDP to charity, which pushesitintotheranksoffar                 wealthier countries like United States, New Zealand & United kingdom. Yet,           wearestillanationwithahugepercentageofpeoplelivinginpoverty.According               to the report, nearly 39 percent of Pakistanis live in multidimensional poverty.  ? How far do your donation really go toward the causes you care about? ? An Individual have to spend a lot of time to find  trusted NGO’s & Fundraisers. ? There are lot of NGO’s & Fundraisers,whoareservinghumanityinbestpossible              way but have no platform where they can address their need to the audience of               their interest. ? It take a huge amount of effort to reach the donors, who are interested in their                causebyarrangingget-togetherlikeseminars&dinnersjusttohaveaninteraction             with the audience which costs them both time and money, along with the risk if               the get-together was successful or not. ? Many small Fundraisers avoid such get-togethers on bigger scale due to lack of             resources, which eventually effects their working. ? Why we shouldn’t be donating to charity at all and for the following three              reasons. ? My Donation Would Be Too Small to Make a Difference ? People Should Solve Their Own Problems ? Lack Of Trust For The Fundraiser

Project Objectives

 Our aim is to make donation easy , build trust among people to donate &               encouraging individuals to support humanitarian causes.  

? Every charitable organization is in the reach of each individuals.

? Providing a common social platform to makeiteasierforDonors &Fundraisers             to interact effectively.

? We will be creating a online Fundraising system named Mu’awin.  

 
? Which targets to reduce the gap between the Donor and the taker Needy.  

? By building trust between donor and the needy with the help of smart card(cash              card), by which the organization (NGO’s & Fundraisers) whichaimstomakethe             flow of funding more transparent by providingthedonationtransactionsreportto            the Donor.

? On the other hand the Donor have opportunity to search his own interest for              donation on a single platform. ? Mu’awin targets social platform to create awareness for social campaigns,          humanitarian causes and encourages individual users/fundraisers topromotetheir         causes through social media.

Benefits of the Project

At some stage everyone of us has either seen or been asked on the street for money/donations to help the poor or support the causes (Humanitarian) but people do avoid helping them due to lack of trust for the new cause/NGO's or by not having cash at that moment.

• Benifit of Social Platform: All the required information is available on the social platform of the NGO’s but it’s the trust which matters in these kind of causes. Usually people avoid donating the ngo’s they don’t know  We will  be aiming to create a relation of trust between fundraisers & donors.
• Less effort & Time saving: We will be creating a social platform to make it easier for donor to find the fundraisers. Doesn’t required much effort and can easily donate.
• No donation is too small to donate: Encouraging the donors by creating personal  donation wallet which helps  in  collecting the amount and it will not be use in another purpose other than funding. Not only  a donor can save his each penny in his wallet but also is saved and will give him an estimated idea where he can donate or how much he can donate.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

System is live but it is still in its beta version performing all the basic tasks necessary for the system to run.
