Project Summary

Faults in clothes is a big cause in textile failure in our country. Thousand tons of cloth is useless due to faults found in it. The fault detection in textile industries is manually check by workers which has low accuracy and create many errors during measuring in it due to which the faulty cloth is exported, and our reputation is becoming bad in foreign countries. To perform measuring in industry, we required trained labors which increase labor cost and time consumption.

Project Objectives

We automate the measuring garments in textile industry which is being manual in most of industries.

Project Implementation Method

We require a labor which put the clothes on relay machine. Considering the lenght of shooting stand, the camera is fixed towards the relay. It will scan the image or record video. After recording, it will provide some measurements.

We apply Image processeing Techniques on current measurements to compare with our standards measurement.

If details are matched with our standards then process will continue, otherwise it will show the error if standrads not matched.
