Project Summary

Our project "HUMRABT" is a software based solution that will provide medium for connecting local Vendors (Shopkeepers/Outlet holders) with local Buyers. We have exploited needs of both above mentioned stakeholders (Vendors and Buyers) and have found that Vendor not only wants to manage their outlet activities including maintaining their sales record and stock level but also wants to advertise their business and stand out atleast in their vicinity. On the other hand Buyer wants to search products Vendors around their vicinity to avoid time wastage and also wants immediate product delivery.

Our solution will provide platform for Vendors to register their outlets with us and our system will provide each and every thing regarding management of their sales and stocks. By registering lot of Vendors we wil be able to get a lot of information about Vendors within specific area and on basis of that information we can now assuage Buyer's needs.

Now Buyers  can search product Vendors around their vicnity. Our system will search specific products Vendors among registered Vendors on our system thus Buyer can easily see that within his area how many Vendors are selling product which he wants.

After searching Vendor , Buyer can issue product purchasing request to Vendor and our system will provide immediate product delivery service from Vendor to Buyer. 

This product delivery service is provided through registered Riders (Person who own his/her vehicle can register on our system as Rider). Rider will be searched within the vicinity of Buyer and Vendor inorder to ensure immediate product delivery service to Buyer.

Project Objectives

Our objective is to improve strengthen local market and create job opportunities.

We will strengthen local market by making Vendors visible to local Buyers. When any person searches product which he wants to buy , we will show him details of all the product Vendors within the Buyer''s area along with Vendor's ratings.

Thus Vendor has the opportunity to increase his ratings and stand out in the market. (Ratings would be calculated based on Buyer's feedback).

On other hand we will create new job opportunities to people who own some personal vehicle that they can provide product delivery service to Buyer's and earn money from it.

Project Implementation Method

We will implement this project as software based solution. This solution will be implemented by providing web Application to Vendors where all sort of commerce activities would be managed. On the other hand to handle Buyers and Riders activities we will develop mobile Application.

On web based platform, Vendor will register their outlets and after that they will upload products information which they wants to sell. Our system will manage and monitor stock shortage and also monitors any incoming sale requet from Buyer.

On other hand Buyer's mobile application will manage product's Vendors searching within the specified vicinity and enable to issu product purchasing requests to Buyers and also for issuing product delivery request to nearby Rider.

Rider's mobile application would help Rider to get nearby product delivery requests from Buyers and to trace Vendor and Buyer's location

Benefits of the Project

Our project will not only provide benefits to Vendors in local market but also will create new job opportunities for people who could provide product delivery and earn their revenues.

This project will encourage people to rely on local market for buying products instead of purchasing products from international Vendors. Moreover local Vendor will get opportunity to strenthen himself within his vicinity by getting more ratings and thus he could extend his business and create new business and job opportunities.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Humrabt will provide web Application for registering local Vendors. All information would be stored in same database on server. and on basis of that information we will provide mobile application to Buyer to search Vendors around their vicnity. by creating this central database will be able to generate trend analysis report to help Vendors enhance their business.
