The scenes obtained from a surveillance video are usually with low resolution. Most of the scenes captured by a static camera are with minimal change of background. Objects in the outdoor surveillance are often detected in far field. Most existing digital video-surveillance systems rely on human observers for detecting specific activities in a real time video scene. But there are limitations in the human capability to monitor simultaneous events in surveillance displays. Hence human motion analysis in automated video surveillance has become one of the most active and attractive research topics in the area of computer vision and pattern recognition. An intelligent system detects and captures motion information of moving targets for accurate object classification
Project ObjectivesDetecting human beings accurately in a visual surveillance system is crucial for diverse application areas including abnormal event detection like there is been on going robbery or someone is shooting someone in live camera but mostly observer are slow to observe people or mostly don't understand the little details of event occuring on camera so our project objectives is to work as observer and observe the every details of event occuring on camera and inform the authority about the distrubing event by alarming something also objectives like about the person.

To improve security of our country.
Save time of police in criminal identification.
To help airport police in verification of person.
Project Implementation MethodOur project can be implemented in most ways. We also take reviews about our project by our classmates and friends. This project will be helpfull in public places where are cameras provide details about the particular person let suppose authority is searching for particular criminal and person on camera what if our porject is implemented than it will be easy to find the particular person.
Also our project can be implemented in Some Bank for robbery safety purposes.
Implementing this project in Airport will be usefull it will prevent terrorist to enter in our country.
Benefits of the ProjectA flexible human detection machine which will efficent and detailed oberver of surveillance cameras in order to prevent Crime in country.
And prevent terrorist to attack because our model once trained it will also give details about the terrorist which are causing much trouble to country.
Security will be imporved in countries there will be less distrubing event once this model is implemented.
Technical Details of Final DeliverableProject is based on both hardware and software
Hardware will be:
>Camera recoder which will take or record multimul views of persons.
> Hard disk to store those videos and images.
>respbarry pi
Software will be :
pycharm
NetBeans
pyscripter
spyder
using mostly these software and hardware final output will be video screen with giving details about the object which is detected through camera.
