This system will consist of two parts: the system and user. System have a record of registered
customer. User will visit the home page if he/she is interested, system ask user to enter age,
Height and Weight, after entering all detail, system display body type chart that in which
category user fall. If a user is willing to share his/ her daily diet routine he/she can enter (its
optional). Then if customer want start a journey first he/she have to Registered by entering
his/her email & password, after successfully submission customer can move on a journey
suggested according to its body type. He/she also select his/her own need category i.e. workout or
diet plan.
