In real-world scenarios disease diagnosis and effective treatment is a real challenge. Currently, hospital uses paper-based record management system, and it has been observed that when the patient visits the doctor, the medical history of the patient is overlooked. As there is no way to access patient’s previous medical records efficiently. We also observed that doctors must face difficulties in diagnosis and prescription. Hospital is becoming overcrowded day by day and there may be human errors in processing these paper-based files.
To solve these issues, we have proposed a web application named "E-Health" that provides medical facilities to the patients in efficient manner. This application also virtually connects a patient to the doctor for medical consultancy. E-Health also store medical records of the patient. It also keeps the hospital records such as physicians, staff, appointments, wards/rooms, pharmacy, and laboratory tests. Symptoms, laboratory test reports and patient’s medical history helps the doctors to declare the disease and prescribe medicines accordingly. In this way, our proposed system facilitates the doctors specifically young doctors as well as the patients.
Diseases never come with prior intimation. In real-world scenarios reporting such diseases is a real challenge. We are recommending a new idea to automate this process of predictive diseases, recommending the medicine, providing tests and medical services. The determination of this system is to help doctors to maintain patient history for recommending medicine before lab test. Through this system, people will be able to get one more way to properly medical checkups. We are living in an era of the internet and information technology. Everything is being done with computers. Health is vital; it does not matter what country we are from or what race we are, or what age or gender we are; we all strive for a healthy life. It is crucial for everyone, and it costs more than anything. That's why we are going to develop an expert system named E-Health which can provide medical facilities to the patients as well as guidelines to new doctors.
Doctors would be able to diagnose patients that will inform the doctors about patient’s disease or suffering from. It has been observed that the medical history of the patients is overlooked by the doctor when the patient visits the doctor for the next time. E-Health will provide the facility to record patient history. Moreover, it can virtually connect a healthcare provider to a patient at any time of the day or night.
The Incremental model has been used in the construction of this project because in each phase of the project, it is analyzed, designed, implemented, and further tested until the product is finished. Many developmental cycles are possible, and these cycles are divided into very small modules. Typically, software that works with the add-on model is produced during the first module. Each subsequent module release can add function to the previous release. In a growing model, the process continues until a complete system is achieved. Therefore, this model is much more flexible compared to other models of System Development Life Cycle when conducting a screening and treatment program.
This is how it will be easier for every member to complete their designated modules and is flexible to merge all the iterations. This methodology is more useful in web applications and task-based companies.

Medical Sciences are evolving rapidly, and there is a need for Diagnostics and Treatment Applications. Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning have the potential to save human lives by serving them. This product is the most valuable product that comes in various ways to save a life. E-Health is a replacement for the manual system which depends on paperwork for recording information. This will ease the burden of administrator by performing various tasks such as storing information of patients, updating of databases, recommending medicines etc. This system also generates a complete summary of payable bills and collected amount.
