EEG Based Home Automation
Project Area of Specialization Electrical/Electronic EngineeringProject SummaryWe are in era, where we can just think about things to done, and it’s done. The world is updating very fast, as we have now control over brain. Some of the Devices can receive the Signals from brain. This devices are mostly used in medical science. We are using this device to control the home Appliances.
Project ObjectivesThe Project objectives are:
- To transmit the signals from EEG headset by the help of Bluetooth transmitter.
- To receive the signals from EEG headset by the help of Bluetooth receiver.
- After receiving the signals from brain, we have to manipulate it and control the home automation.
We have divided the project into two parts:
First we will receive the signals from EEG headset at Raspberry pi and then analyse the signals.
After analysing the signals we will gnerate commands for particular function to perform.
Benefits of the ProjectThis Project have many benefits, but some of them are:
- This project can help the paralyze person. That he can control the lights, fans and different devices from his brain.
- Places in industries where there is harmful for staff to go, this can help in controlling.
