Development of Fire Fighting Robot
Proposed project “Fire Fighting Robot” has the capability to avoid the obstacles and to detect the occurrence of fire and ability to extinguish this dangerous fire using gas extinguisher mechanism. To avoid the obstacles in their path, the firefighting robot needs an ultrasonic sensor that is also placed in front of robot. Flame sensor is used in firefighting robot to detect the occurrence of fire or flame. Movement of the robot is driven by a 4 DC motor connected with L298 module which is further connected with arduino to program and instructions. All behavior is controlled by the Arduino which is the main brain of this robot that processes the given information and give instructions according to our desired output. After this a fire extinguisher is placed on the top of servo motor and servo motor will operate the fire extinguisher so that we could easily cover the all directions with the help of fire extinguisher fire could easily be extinguish without any destruction.
The main objective of this project “Development of Fire Fighting Robot” is to design a system or tool that

The main brain of proposed project is the Arduino mega, but to sense and extinguish the fire we will use the Fire or flame sensor module that is used to detect fire. So, we will place these flame sensors in each directions of this robot to sense the fire that on which direction the fire is actually burning. If this sensor sense any fire then it will sent a signal to Arduino mega.as robot detects the direction of fire then according to programming in arduino a command will sent to the motors to move near the fire by driving the motors of robot through L293D module. After this a fire extinguisher will also be placed on the top of servo motor and servo motor will operate the fire extinguisher so that we could easily cover the all directions with the help of fire extinguisher fire could easily be extinguish without any destruction.
