Basically this system is for computerize print services by using RFID card and a user account having balance for payment of print services.This system ensures the smooth transaction between user and product and  also ensure time  and space savings for any organization. It also helps the organization to see their print services expenditures and secure the organization print services from unauthorized persons. Nowadays every one want that their work should be done as fast as possible.The automatic print system solve these problems by reducing the time, cost and many other resources like manual billing and storage space.

1. The first objective to develop this project is to digitilize the existing printing system.
2. To save time of employees and students in any organization.
3. To allow only authenticate persons to use organization printing services.
4. To make a Flexible and convenience system for print services.
5. To learn about different sensors and modules.
6. To learn about the development of real time application and working of sensors and their connectivity.

Project Implementation Method

By a  host (application software) and RFID reader module and RFID tags when a user punch a RFID tag holder card on the RFID reader the reader will responce user through the application software and in application user identification will be done by the help of database of the application.

• This system allow 24 hours service for the users.
• AUtomatic Printing Machines will be helpful budgeting tool (a centralized printing machine rather than may printers and also no cost of operator services.)
• By using this system user don’t need to carry cash with him because he will have credit in his prepaid account.
• Users can access and take print of their files by using USB drive and from organization portal.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

 This system provide users easy and efficeint printing services with remote billing facility.The system is consisti of RFID-RC522 reader, Tag and UNO Arduino. The module consists of C# (C sharp) application software with  have SQL database conectivity. Tags are read by the reader and passes to the application software the tag is compared with the database, if the tag matches with the saved tagin database, it will allow user to login and perform the given printing services.Our system also have an admin panel connected with the system that will allow admin to add, delete, and update the customers and their records.This system also allow admin to generate reports of all users and complete print history.
