Fitness is a major problem in our country nowadays. Our people are unaware of proper diet and for this may cause some serious health issues. Basically, the eating regimens of Pakistani youngsters require considerably greater variety and, much of the time, need adequate calories. An emphasis on the nature of the diet is fundamental to forestalling hindering, squandering, and different types of ailing health. Diseases occur:

• being overweight or obese.

• tooth decay.

• high blood pressure.

• high cholesterol.

• heart disease and stroke.

• type-2 diabetes.

We overcome this problem by giving the proper type of diet according to the queries and giving a proper diet chart to the relevant person. We use Artificial Intelligence for Queries, JavaScript, React for Front-End, and Machine Learning (PHYTON) for Back-end.

Project Objectives

• Our objective is to make our people of Pakistan fit so they can enjoy a healthy life.
• Nutritionists are responsible for controlling illnesses and promoting health within an organization. This can include counseling individuals on practices that promote better health and conducting nutritional research for the benefit of others.
• Many health apps emphasize tracking the ingestion and expenditure of calories. In addition, they encourage the user to reduce intake, increase energy expenditure and set increasingly extreme goals, all behaviors that are consistent with eating disorders.

Personal Nutritionist as the name, the system can act as your personal nutritionist while this system can be used also by nutritionists to gain a lot of information and help in many ways. Your Personal Nutritionist helps the System to get the information in many ways. The user can get details about a number of nutrients, vitamins, etc of a fruit or vegetable. The user can add his recipes or get recopies using the API(working system).
The System basically helps the user with what to eat and which is good, what will help him and etc, the system will help him filter things easily.
The System also allows the user to make a diet plan and remind him of his food timings.
