In last few years the production of electronic devices such as mobile phones,
tablet, notebook, etc, has been increased tremendously. This technology revolution
has been happened because of the large use of PCBs in every circuit. The working
of 2D plotter is based on CNC machine and where an object is moved with the
help of two stepper motor in x and y direction and servo motor in z direction as
per the given input image. The main advantages of the implementation of CNC
systems are their accuracy, reliability, and the reduction of human error
Project ObjectivesAim And Objective
To make a simple design operated CNC writing machine
To increase the efficiency of CNC writing machine.
Reduction in cost of the CNC machine
Reduction of Programming
To draw electronic circuit diagrams of PCBs on any surface.
Project Implementation Method01. CNC machine can be understanding from the work which deals with the development of a prototype CNC machine, controlled by a PC interfaced with low cost embedded microcontroller.
02 . CNC 2D needs three axes movements of a sketching unit which comprises a sketching pen or pencil.
These movements in X and Y axis can be obtained by two stepper motor for precise control over sketching pen for building drawing. The up and down movement of sketching pen in Z axis direction can be controlled by a servo motor
