During covid-19 pandemic many software companies go online and start working from home.HR department in companies needs to manage each and everthing and track their employees working and moniter them during their working hours. With the help of this project ,we intend to provide and innovative ,peaple centric human resource solution that optimizes human capital by nurturing and empowering employees and users to adapt to the compny's requeriment This human resource management system will allow the HRs to manage the employee payrolls the timings of employee work employee information system employee recruitment ,employee monitroing ,employee reterntion and performance in applaying for a leave ,or to view their addtendacne record to know if they are doing good as far as therir attendance is conerned .the HR function consist of tracking existing employee data which tradionally includes personal histories skill capabilites , accomplishments salary attendance and leave information.

This application shoud be able to relieve a great amount of workload from the shoulders of hardworking management and employee through means of an autmated system which should produce good result like successful employee manament and leadership keeping all these goals in mins we are developing this softeare which we have decided to name as" work from Home HRM" which is very user friendly and helps to make research a real chor .This project belongs to a cateory of web application that can be accessed through PC with internet connection.

Project Objectives

The manin purpose of this documentation is to give  a detailed information aout the product from its function to usability .our project is basically a we application which will help the HR deprartmen of the MTM textile industry .with the help of this system HR depratment will recruit the employees and proviede login credentials to the employee .there will be theree types of the users having their own deignation and role in the compny i.e superAdmin ,Admin , Employees 

super admin has seperate dashboard where he will monitor his total registred compnies weekly active companiews and also monitor the total income of all registered compnies .admin has also seprated dashboard where he will monitor his employees ,department atttendance and leave ,employeed payroll system employees information system admin can monitor the employees and evaluate the work. This software will provide apportunity employee has seprate dashboard where he can apply for leave , job vacncies and put their attendance as well.

Project Implementation Method

Slow processing:

All the information about the company stored in the papaer to overcome this problome we made a system y using this system prpcessing become fast and efficient

security problomes:

proper security of data stored in this software will be one of our top-priorites since it's een mande pretty clear to us that there ll absolutely be no compromise on the security of data . so we have made sure that the data is laced with proper security

Monitorying the daily record

we dont have to maintain the reocord in the paper .To overcome this problome we made a softeare .By this software HR ca monitor the roevord on a dailiy basis by  a single click .This software will make the HR work easier.

Slow retrieal of data:

Well now that the data is just one click away and right at our service at all times in th form of web based appplication, it will be easier to rerieve whichever data ou choose to retireve at any time wheever our plase becuse itll because it ll be available in a singl platform and not different cabinets

The Benifits of this Project is to give a detailed information about the product from its function to usablity .Our project is basically a web application which will help the HR department of the MTM testile industry ,With the help of this system HR deprartment will recruite the employees and provide .Login credentials to the compny there will be threee typs of the users having their own designation and role in the compny i.e supere admin ,employees and super admin has seprate dashboard .In HR department will manage the employee attendacne and leave,employee payroll system , employee information system admin can monitor the employees and evalute the work this software will provide apportunity to the client working in an HR department by significantly dimininshin therir workload employee has seprate dashboard where he can apply for leave job vaccancies.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

This application will have high value scope in texile industry and will be easily adopt for marketing purpose to help HR department as it is being developed in susch a way to keep in ming all problomes at the end of user faces and we have a great care about requirments and needs which is necessary for this applicatioon . this application will build good relation between HR department and employee throudh this  employee can chi chat each other to soleve thiere problomes .many more extensions for this we-application are under consideration that we will incorporate after completing basic functionality.
