Across the globe, organizations are evaluating the best possible measures to automate visitor management. Visitor Management Systems today encompasses a variety of tasks around visitor data, security, and compliance requirements for the enterprise. Visitor Management systems contribute to the efficiency and safety of an organization by focusing intently on visitor flows and performing in-depth analytics based on the data. The idea is to have such a system which could capture log of visitors, generate email to the person whose guest arrives, intimate security about the arrival expected today and all such activities. There are people treated as guests but are on contract (i.e senior employees), so with data capturing we can find the pattern of such employees. The main aim of any canteen/mess is to provide clean and fresh food to the students/employees of the organization. In many organizations, entire mess management and billing calculations are done manually till date. It is very time consuming and increases the chances of performing calculation mistakes. It would be possible to do the same work within a short period of time and without using much efforts and manpower if there existed a software for the same. Thus, there arises a need to create a software for the same. Such a software would make the entire Mess related management an automated system. Visitor management and mess management will be linked to each other.

Project Implementation Method
- Visitor Module: This module will keep a log of all the employees and guests about their activities who will pay a visit. Visitor log will always up to date.
- Mess Module: This module will keep all the track about food trends, consumption of food and most liked dishes of employees and guests.
- TriVIZ Module: This module will be the integrated version of both visitor and mess modules and Will be integrated in a way that if a visitor or guest pay a visit it will automatically shows all the previous information about their activities and food trends and will recommend things accordingly.
Benefits of the Project
Contribute to the efficiency and safety of an organization by focusing intently on visitor flows and
performing in-depth analytics based on the data. this kind of system, with integrated mess and visitor automation, is not implemented yet and the
companies have to buy licenses of the systems separately. Some only cater the aspect of visitor
management and some only of mess management. Also, there is no such mess management
software which analyzes the food patterns for better understanding of the demands. Our aim is
to provide a system with both full automation of visitor and mess
Technical Details of Final Deliverable
Tri-viz will be an two in one module with visitor and mess automation. As visitor automation is implemented but it is not implemented with mess or if it is implemented with mess it will be costing alot more or less 500$ per location per month. So we will be providing an amazing solution for it at low cost by using machine learning(using algorithms) we will be analysing the visitor data and will be training our module accordingly.After the traning the whole thing will be like that firstly the visitor will enroll on the website(developed by using react) by form for visitor and from there his/her all details are recorded and things will be done with respect to the module we trained for example if a new visitor visits the cafeteria for the first time our module will help him/her to decide what to eat.
