It is a portable device that will provide vibration analysis of a machine on a color display LCD. This device will be battery powered and can be used to check the vibration profile of machines to protect them proactively. To build this device, we use Arduino, Industrial sensor, Battery, Color LCD, Adopter (3amp), Heat sink, LEDs, Breadboard, Resistors (320), 7805,7812 IC, Soldering equipment, and Vero board.
The device provides vibration analysis of a machine on a color display LCD. This device is battery-powered.
