>Low RPM high Voltage motor (genertaor)=9000pkr
>Rode steel 290/feet we used 290×8=2320pkr
>Bearing 2 piece =800pkr
>Bearing housing= 1200pkr
>Digital multi meter=520pkr
>Aluminium sheet 1mm 310pkr/square feet, required 310×12=3720pkr
>Module DC to AC and AC to DC(1000watt) =11,000pkr
>Battery used for continue supply =8,000pkr
VTS offer three big advantages that could reduce the cost of wind energy, a lower turbine center of gravity, reduced machine complexity , and better scalability to very large sizes. A lower center of gravity means improved stability afloat and lower gravitational fatigue loads.
A smart, flexible, and environment-friendly Vertical-Axis-Turbine.All the smart features of this VAWT were successfully tested in practice. The average output power of this initial turbine prototype ranged between 3 W for a low wind speed (5 m/s) to a maximum of 7.3 W for a stronger wind speed (about 15 m/s) with an estimated efficiency of 10 %. Boosting these figures is simply achieved by upscaling the turbine geometry along with its electric generator’s ratings. VTS may be used in a wide area of applications ranging from networked highway energy distribution points to stand-alone domestic portable generators.
Cheaper to produce than horizontal axis turbines. More easily installed compared to other wind turbine types. Transportable from one location to another. Equipped with low-speed blades, lessening the risk to people and birds
VTS are typically small wind turbines that are characterized by an axis of rotation that is perpendicular to the ground,VTS can operate independently of wind direction, which is a major advantage for urban applications where wind direction can change rapidly. The two primary VTS designs are derived from either the Darrieus (lift-driven) or the Savonius (drag-driven) rotors. Its represent a unique form of power-generating technology. Historically, they have been relegated to fulfilling a small niche market in commercially available wind turbines due to their “yaw-less” design. Current VAWT designs lag behind their Horizontal Axis Wind Turbine (HAWT) counterparts in terms of efficiency, as measured by their power coefficient.
