DBpedia provides a complementary service to Wikipedia by Representing knowledge (from 130 Wikimedia projects, n particular the English Wikipedia) in a quality-controlled from it can work with ad-hoc structured data querying,business intelligence & anlytics,natural language processing, reasoning & inference, machine learning and Artificial Intelligence in general. Data is published with "Linked data" principles using open standards (e.g URIs, HTTP, HTML, RDF and SPARQL) and open data licensing.
Sentiment Analysis (SA) is fastest improving field of Natural language Processing, text mining in the field of Artificial Intelligence precisely in Machine Learning. SA is the process of examine the polarity of sciences, word or phrase by grouping it into either as positive, negative or neutral.Basic Task is emotion recognition( affective computing & sentiment analysis).
Sentiment Analysis focuses on extracting a set of emotion labels. Easy to do when emotions are expressed explicityly, difficulty arises when opinions and sentiments expressed implicitly, A texxt can be categorized as objetive or subjective. The objective teext is fact based neutral text, but opionions, reviews and discussions are all in the category of subjective text, which exhibit some feeling or sentiment. The main goal of a sentiment analyzer is to classify the subjectivity orientation towards positive or negative.
Our focus is to use the Urdu DBpedia that can work with sentiment Analysis and play better role to recognize the emotion in urdu sentences and link betweenthe sentences. Sentiment analysis can be performed at three different levels include: document level, sentence level and aspect level.
The main aim of this project is to develop an application that can identify te emotions and can mark them as either positive, negative or neutral based on the scores assign to it. It can work on Urdu language that is very rare in market.
Initially a translator will be used for convering english text into urdu after that the sentences will be broke into chunks and then polarity to every word will be assign with the help of sentiment analyzer and at the end overall score will be calculated to determine the final result.
Sentiment Analysis have previously been performed by using English based lexicons by tranlating them to Urdu which involves extra effort as very few Urdu. Tools available for sentiment analysis are limited to a polarity ecaluation or a mood classification conering gew sets of emotions, which can be improved by this. Additionally available these methods only works when opinions and sentiments, this project focuses to overcome this limitation.
It will take reviews from DBpedia where mulitple websites will convert them into chunks and assign the polarity to identify either it is a positive opinion, negative or neutral opionion.
