The proposed idea of final year project is based on a "Tycoon Construction" centralized web application where all the construction contractors, external vendors and clients interact with each other. Because all the system of industrial and construction work is manual, and client finds it difficult to be involve with the process and analysis the progress. Here we provide the friendly user interface and a system where client can easily watch the progress and interact with all the vendors and contractors. Client can also create the job and estimate the capital budget with more accuracy. We will adopt different evaluation techniques and methods to perform this task.
According to data produced by the CIA World Factbook, the total number of Pakistan's labour force is 57.2 million, from which about 43% of this labour is involved in agriculture, 20.3% in industry and the remaining 36.6% in other services. The Pakistan unemployment rate for 2020 was 4.65%, a 0.67% increase from 2019. Pakistan unemployment rate for 2019 was 3.98%, a 0.1% decline from 2018. CPEC also has a great impact on the employment of Pakistan according to research that China is taking 70% of employment of his own and 30% is from Pakistan due to this we have to make an automation system that can be a purpose of generating more job opportunities. Our project "Tycoon Construction" is also a source of generating work force so the clients can interact with external vendors and contractors at a single point.

The main goals and objectives of our project are:

1. To make a centralized platform for vendors, contractors, and clients / user.
2. To provide user friendly environment UI
3. Fast data access and loading  

Project Implementation Method

Our product will be based on the web application where we use scrum agile model to make a successful product because it is a incremental and iterative process. 

Clients, external vendors and contractors can come to our site and hire the contractors and vendors easily with friendly UI. Also, external vendors and contractors can register themself and manage their own panels where they can see the work progress also they have the track record to show their clients.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Technical Details:

In our project we will use Django python framework with Data scraping tools like instant data scraper, Data Cleaning, Normalization, integration, Libraries, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, SciPy this is useful for backend development and for front end we will use python, HTML, CSS, JS, bootstrap and react.js basics and for database we will use SQLite.

Django is a complete web application developer framework which is strong and secure environment.  

Final deliverables of this project will be:

• Search and hire the multiple external vendors 
• Search and hire the individual contractors
• Centralized point for user, vendor, and contractors
• Friendly UI
• Open source / freely use able without cost
