Tracer based on Smart Watch
We are interested in creating applications for portable devices like mobile phones and smart watches based on Android Operating System. The name of the application is “Tracer”. Tracer will help parents to monitor their children’s location based activities like where he is located, location history for a specific period of time, parents can make safer zones for their children according to their present day schedule like going for a trip, to friend’s home etc on breaching this safer zone child will receive alert notification to not go further, parents can make schedule for their children for location based activity like at this time they should be there if not alert notification will be generated on children’s device to go to that location to complete the task, the report of schedule will be given at the end of the day like how many tasks are performed on time and how many are left off. In this way parents can keep an eye on their child’s performance without going with them or keeping eye on them.
The Tracer application will have to version one for parent that execute on Android Mobile Device and other for children that will execute on Android Smart watch on children’s end. The parents will make configurations, safer zones, schedule, important messages on their mobile which will be showed to their children on time and according to their location. The children will be wearing an smart watch capable of executing android wear applications. The children can replay to their parents messages and save comments on their activities they are doing or that are missed according to their schedule made by their parents. These comments and messages will be shown to their parents so that they do not be worried about their children.
The use personal self-tracking and surveillance technologies have grown considerably in the Last decade that people are now using apps to monitor their health, sleep, workout, eatings, Meetings etc related activities.
Well this is the parent and child scenario Tracer can be used in other scenarios as well like Tracing friends , old ones or what ever resource you want trace.
For implementation of this project we will use android platform for development of application for mobile as well as smart watch. We will require android studio for app development and we will use Google Maps services for monitoring and other purposes. We will require an Smart Watch capable of executing android application and have GPS sensor,blood pressure measuring sensor,heart beat measuring sensors.

Trace app will facilitate parents to monitor their child’s location based activities where they are going at what time, where they should not be, were they should be on specific time etc.
In this way parents are informed about their children. Now a days there are daily bases cases on childrens kidnaping. Tracer will reduce these cases efficiently and effectively with easy method of tracing their children at any time.
