As we all know that everyone faces difficulties and hardships in daily life. Everyone faces some hectic routine. So, a break is necessary for everyone to relax and ease their minds. Preferably going on tour will be the best option. But scheduling a tour in our budget is challenging. So we are proposing a project related to this problem.

Our project is based on tourism, which is an essential aspect of our lives. It will be a web-based project. It will be easing the users to manage their tours according to their budget and destination. We have many tour websites in the market that only give scheduled tours and tell about charges and destination. But our product will work differently, as it will take the budget and destination details from the user. It will also suggest the user for other different locations which he should visit. It will offer to stop at popular places which are in the route of destination. It will also notify the user if something sudden happened on the route of his destination. For Example, if the road is blocked due to some accident/political gathering/land- Sliding or snowfall etc. It will suggest the user change his tour dates or destination or route (in some cases).

Project Objectives

In this project, we will be trying to bring tourism to everyone's budget. Our product will be web-Portal. A person himself will tell us the budget, the number of days and the destination and our system will display a complete tour plan to the user, including staying in popular locations. It will also suggest other popular destinations and popular places on the route. It will also notify the user if something uneven happened on the route, so that user may timely change his bookings or postpone that tour. It will also display more than one plan so that selection will be up to the user's choice.

Project Implementation Method

Our project would be based on the Spiral Process Model. The project will also use the Machine learning technologies to fetch, read, and take action according to the local news to inform the user of any unexpected events in the user's route before they left for their tour.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The final deliverable will allow the users to create a fully customized tour plan, starting with auto-generated tour plans. The user will select a tour plan auto-generated for them or customize it according to their need.
