Today’s modernization flow of the world has witnessed tremendous change in the lifestyle of society. A computerized system in managing laundry has been well accepted. This service is accepted because it gives flexibility in terms of time for the laundry management team to use it and this really helps them with their time management. Before this, the management of the company is constructed by using a manual business process. All the information about the
customer and staff is kept separately by using the file system. It will cause the process of searching for information to take more time and is quite difficult. The laundry management
system (LMS) replaced the file system that most of the laundry shops used. LMS is developed in order to ease the management in the laundry shop and to change the manual business process to the systematic business process. Not only for the business, but the laundry system will also
provide ease to its users.

Project Objectives

The aim of this project is to develop a system that can handle and manage the activities involved in laundry in an efficient and reliable way. This is unique in karachi because we provide online laundry booking, for user ease as they won’t have to go out or wait for the laundry shop to be opened.
