With the advancement in our daily lifestyle, introducing new products and technologies to our lives become mandatory. A prepaid smart card for students that will facilitate its users with wireless, contactless transactions and identification as well as being a fully functional student id card. Students will be able to deposit money by using smart card and transaction can be made at university cafeteria and book shop to pay the required bills and issuance of book from library etc. Students can request for a card to be issued from account office. For example, we deposit Rs.500/- as a security fee which will be useful when the account itself has less money and the student have to pay a greater amount than available. After the usage of security fee, card will be blocked unless Rs.500/- is deposited again. The smart Card will have all the usual information of the student with student’s picture printed on it and the unique NFC id for every student. The Transaction history will also be provided against the card and the student can check card’s account details with in the university premises. Moreover, the Card security provided by a PIN.

Project Objectives

To design a Modernized ID card for students which assures the identity of a student and also provide multiple features that is to pay bill, book issue, pay academic fines etc. This project can be applicable on different sectors that is education, food, ticketing etc. As the person who is using this smart card has no worried to carry amount, office identity etc. All the details are embedded on the smart card

Project Implementation Method
