Project Objectives
Visualization of macromolecules in VR
User’s interaction with the molecules
To grab, rotate, or enlarge molecules and measure distances or angles between atoms.
Calculation of interaction energy between the molecules
Project Implementation Method
- Parsing of the pdb files in unity[C#].
- Parser returns the coordinates of the protein molecules.
- these coordinates are mapped into a 3d dimensional structure in in unity.
- Deployment of the pdb files into unity.
- visualisation of the macromolecules into headset
