Project Summary

Now a days, one of the main reasons of pollution is due to the burning of fossil fuels so an alternative sources must be introduced . There are several renewable energy sources which can be utilized instead of fossil fuels. Here in this project we are utilizing Photovoltaics. Basically Photovoltaic is the process to covert the Solar energy to electric current. Currently this process is no such efficient to convert solar energy to electric current. As result pv cells are non linear. This non liner is because of solar irradiation , temperature fluctuation so these problem can resolve by using charge controller. It continuously check the battery status and according to this tune the voltage and current. So by using this method resolve the nonlinear. Hence, by using this renewable energy source we can reduce the consumption of fossil fuels and the pollution as well.

Project Objectives

The aim of this project is to build a solar power based electric vehicle to reduce the Co2 emission and provide an alternative to regional society. To achieve this purpose, prototype concerns a vehicle with four wheels, automobile type, nonpolluting, propelled by electric motors, fed by batteries which take energy to recharge mainly from photovoltaic panels

Project Implementation Method

There are many method to control the charges but we using perturb and observe technique to control the charges.
