In this project we are going to develop a smart transport management system for university transportation department to manage the everyday transport operation in an efficient way. The university transportation department has many buses which run of different routes within and outside the city to carry students and staff between their homes and university. Our smart Transport management system provides hassle free transport facilities to the students and employee by allowing them to get themselves registered, searching for the bus. It is a web base application which contain records of students, staff, buses, drivers and routes through advance mapping technology. Our Smart transportation system uses the smart technique and will design and tested for real time-data. It will also be used to prevent COVID-19 in university bus system.
It can be easily installed and used to ease the burden of transport department.
Following are the major objectives of our Smart WUB Transport Management System
: • The main objective of this system is to reduce the consumption of time during maintaining the records of university transport management.
Separate divisions are provided to maintain the records of students, faculty, roots diversion etc.
• The System shall incorporate mechanism to authenticate its students/staff.
Better use of advance technology in the transport management and better environment protection.
• It will keep all the records of students/staff, drivers and vehicles destination.
The main purpose of this system is to reduce the time taken through manual system in order to maintain all the records.
• The administrator can update the information about any registered user.
• Smart WUB transport management system maintained simple database.
• It will give faster execution and maintaining the records.
• Our smart system would have the guidelines and system to tackle the several social distances and precautionary measure during the pandemic situation like Covid-19.

Real-time Vehicles Tracking: Accurately track vehicle location from anywhere any time using RFID, GPS.
Advanced Mapping: Meet the expectation of parents with instant messaging and also real-time tracking of routes through advance mapping features.
Automatic Alerts and Notifications: Create geofencing and email notifications for effective university transport management system including student’s exit/entry, vehicle movement, delays, speed violations and more
Customized Reports: Create customized reports of vehicle utilization, fee payments, violation, over speed, excessive stoppage time.
Ensure safe Transportation: Provide safety and security to vehicle and students and respond faster to vehicle breakdown, accidents and emergencies.
