The QRiT app we are proposing here will simplify the rewarding process for the customers. The app presents interactive features for all available options. Users can check all the rewarded points they have earned from all different places. A unique QR code will be provided to the vendors which will be scanned by the user at the time of payment to earn their reward points according to the amount paid. Users can view their point’s history for each of the vendors they shopped. The SWOT analysis will help to recommend the best shopping places to the end-users. For that purpose, the user will be asked to review their shopping experience based on prices, customer support, and also by the value of points each vendor provides, on that behave our recommendation system will work. Specifically featuring the vendor promotion panel will be provided so that vendors can promote their deals through which the users can get benefits. To grab the attention of users, the app will provide a spinning wheel feature so that users can earn more reward points by winning through the wheel. The QRiT will increase the 15 - 20% sales profit of the vendors by obtaining more points throughout the provided features [Sales Increase]. Our platform will help the customers to spend their earned reward points at the best necessity before they get expired.

Project Objectives

As shopping is one of the most important needs of life, the platform being provided by the QRiT application to users is beneficial for them to save money as well for every kind of vendor investing in our application to increase sales.

At the end of the completion of the project, the best and most effortless way has been provided to just access the mobile and QR scan the vendor’s unique QR to obtain reward points. Every user will be able to keep track or be updated about the reward points that they will earn. The application user able to rate the shopping experience they had, prices they found cheap, the number of reward points they get, and the benefits it provides to the public. The SWOT analysis will be taken and provided in our application through which the user can have the best place to spend their money on and earn more benefits from it. Users will be able to access the history of points they had earned from every vendor, so they will be updated about the expiry of the points. Different vendors will be allowed to add their promotions to get their product/business promoted and also the users can get good convenience and have the upper hand on it.

Benefits of the Project

In today’s society, people are very much involved in shopping, buying groceries, buying clothes, and many other things. But are unaware of the benefits and advantages it brings to the customers.

The benefits are in the form of a loyalty card which the customer gets for doing a certain amount of shopping and on the other hand, there are vendors which are providing reward points on a regular purchase and the customers are not fully aware of reward points and the benefits it brings to them. Also, it’s hard to manage all the points coming from different vendors and keep the track of expiry date of the reward points they have.

The QRiT will provide the platform to the user so they can keep track of their reward points that are being earned from different vendors, where the user shopped. It also helps in keeping the track of the points and recommends shopping places before the points get expired. Users will also be provided with the history of the reward points that are being maintained on our application.

Dashboard: This feature provides an interactive and easy-to-use navigation menu that includes some buttons so that the admin can navigate to different modules of the application.

Promotions: This module allows the administrator to add new promotions according to the vendor’s requirements. The vendor can submit a request by giving a detailed description, price, expiry date along an Image.

Customer Management: This module will help to manage all the details of the customer/user of the application. The admin can update details and also restrict or block the user.

Vendor Management:  This module will help to manage all the details of the vendor of the application. The admin can update details and also restrict or block the vendor.
