To cater for the problem and to reduce the frauds besides providing user assistance we as a team have come with the proposal named as SWARP stands for  “Smart Web Application for Real Estate Prediction”

As the name is self explinatory, it highlights that our project will be a web application using latest machine learning techniques. It will provide user services of realestate prediction, fraud detection and other real estate feature’s prediction too.

Scope of Work:

  • Providing prediction feature to potential buyers & sellers throughout Pakistan.
  • Real time end to end web application (hosted) using real set of data.
  • Filling of gap in real estate buying/selling process to make it smarter and more reliable.
  • Automated Data Formulation / Augmentation
  • Prediction of other features

Similarly, in the event of fraud and scam.

People who want to sell the property. The application will help them in providing an estimation about the price of the property. This will help them draw line below which they can’t sell the property hence saving the loss
