Hence, they will have a generic idea about the features of the respective property they want to buy. This will also give them an advantage to quickly identify that something is suspicious in case the seller is selling in a price too low or high than the price estimated by the SWARP. Similarly, in the event of fraud and scam.

People who want to sell the property. The application will help them in providing an estimation about the price of the property. This will help them draw line below which they can’t sell the property hence saving the loss
