Smart Surveillance for street crimes control

This project will be focused on surveillance, related to street crimes. CCTV camera will be installed on a street and live streaming of it will be monitored by the proposed system. Upon detection of suspicious activitiy, the system will sound the alarm. These suspicious activities will be encompassed to street crimes such as snatching, kidnapping, vehicle theft and fighting.Since crime is at its peak for over a decade now, not only innocent lives are at stake, but are valuable things as well. The system can enhance simple CCTV cameras into (watch dogs/guard dogs). All of this is possible through Machine Learning, Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence.

1. The main objective of the project is to save lives and the infrastructure.
2. To develop a smart system that detects and alerts suspicious activity happening regularly on the streets.
3. Automated system through intelligently programmed CCTV cameras.
4. Timely detection.
5. Responsive System.
