Project ObjectivesThe recent advancement in the field of technological advancement in the field of safety precautions, nothing is as necessary as safeguarding the human lives. Given the unpredictable nature of today’s world wherever threat to human lives will take to any form, it's important to make enhancements in the devices or gadgets that we have a tendency to deploy for shielding ourselves. Human safety devices (HSD) have return a protected method and area unit, still several loop holes to envision several advancements. The main aim of this work is to design a Real time portable Smart gadget for human safety circumstances
The major objectives of this project are as follow:
1. To propose a mechanism which can detect anonymous Activities.
2. To Develop an alert mechanism in case of danger for acquaintance.
3. To Design a full proof model which includes multiple factors to recognize
the human safety alarming situations
Project Implementation Method

General architecture for Smart Human Security Gadget is given above. First block represents the sensors which are responsible for tracking the human activity. Sensors such as accelerometer, temperature sensor, pulse rate sensor, pressure sensor, camera, etc., can be used depending upon the task of monitoring. The reading of the sensors and camera are then passed to a processing unit which consist of either a microcontroller or a single-board computer like raspberry pi. Image Processing and ML algorithms such as support vector machine (SVM), K-means clustering, random forest, hidden markov model (HMM), etc., are used extensively for the task identification of different types of alert and detection of anonymous activities. The collected data is passed to the processor with the help of either a network established with Bluetooth or Wi-Fi on the cloud server or on a single board computer and is shared with the computer performing the analysis. In the end the results of the analysis are done for the validity of alerts generation mechanism. The single-board computers like raspberry pi are also capable of performing the sensor data analysis but for basic tasks which do not involve much analysis due to their memory space and processing power constraints. For the Details processing we have to utilized machine learning and Computer vision concepts so that the reliability of the device increased.
Benefits of the ProjectWhere IoT has spread out a world of large possibilities for several fields together with human activity recognition, Machine Learning has provided the long-anticipated intelligence to those devices. Together, these technologies have boosted the event of a lot of light-weight, high performance and comfy wearable devices that area unit suitable to require on even the largest challenges within the field of human safety and human action recognition. In future we are going to see most of the devices interacting with one another, taking decisions on their own while not requiring human intervention in order to serve higher and alter the world of wearable devices as we tend to see it currently. This Gadget will be great help in maximizing the threat to Human security at public and gross root level. This could be a major player for security agencies too to minimize the security threats using latest technology which is more reliable and cost effective too.

Smart Human Security Gadget will be build using latest technologies i.e. Artificial Intelligence, Machine learning libraries and Small computer chips like Raspberry Pi 3. First block represents the sensors which are responsible for tracking the human activity. Moreover, Sensors such as accelerometer, temperature sensor, heat sensor, pulse rate sensor, pressure sensor, Camera etc., can be used depending upon the task of monitoring. The Final deliverable of this Project will be wearable Smart watch having Mini Computer Raspberry Pi zero, which a human can wear on there wrist. Furthermore, the Pie cam and all other sensors will be interfaced with pie zero controller. The Pie cam will be used to captures images of surrounding environments. An optimal model trained already on Some high processing machines will be then used in pie zero to generate various types of alert. Further, these alerts will be sent to concerned authorities for providing emergency aid. Alert message will be delivered to all person who are near by the victim by utilizing Internet of things mechanism who are in dangers so that they can provide immediate help. Our focus will be to generate alerts based on the detection of harmful activities like women harassment, weapon detection, and different emergency situations.
