In this, First of all user gives their image with full body or will give at real-time image where it will detectsan object and model will find his or her height. Then it calculates BMI or BMR and find the calories to the user and also detects whether user is underweight, overweightetc. So the user knows how far he or she to achieve their goal in terms of weight, age or height.

Now, user will see their goal (calories) to their screen and calories will divided into routines of meals (e.g. breakfast, lunch, brunch, dinner etc.). They only take meals according to the meal which is mentioned on the specific routines and also each routines has some meals which is divided into categories and also if user wants to find the caloriesat real-time, it opens a camera, the image will process and the model will generates/detects calories of a specific meal.

At the end it also maintain the user’s diet in terms of graph and show them that they are on a right track and if they consume excessive calories it acknowledge them or doesn’t add a meal which is not suitable for them.

Project Objectives

It will also provide an option to check their calorie intake at anywhere or anytime.

Project Implementation Method

1. Mobile application can be done on react native.

2. Machine Learnig model can be done in python using sklearn.

3. Connection between app and model using flask.

Benefits of the Project

Peoples should be healthy.  Daily intake of calories. easy for a doctor to recommand you a healthy diet pan. It helps you to keep you fit and healty. Help you to reduce and gain weight according to your desire. 
 

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

FYP 01:

  • Weight Calculation through Height (ML Real-time or Image processing).
  • Calculate BMI through API.
  • Calculate BMR through API.

For FYP 2:

  • Find out the calories of User and Suggest the Ideal Weight according to user height & BMI and these calories will be divided into their routines (BreakFast,Lunch,Evening,Dinner)
  • In Each Routine we have meals which were divided into categorize so user can easily select their meal and the calories will add into their routines calories.
  • And user also has a facility to find a calorie of specific meal at a real-time and at the end user also check their diet or maintain their diet to see their report or graph
