Pakistan have also face the energy crises because the population increase day by day and directly requirement of the energy also increase day by day. Renewable energy is important and has a great future in the energy world because of It is a clean form of energy and therefore reduces the greenhouse effect and other most important benefits. The regions of highest winds are the most attractive for extracting its energy. Baluchistan is the farm of wind energy and is one of them. Micro-grid system required a control system and the purpose of the control system of a wind turbine is to manage the safe, automatic operation of the turbine. This reduces operating costs, delivers product quality power, and helps to ensure safety. Wind turbines are classified as vertical and horizontal. Wind turbine controller includes mechanical mechanisms and electrical circuits. Our focus is only electrical circuits Home base small micro-grid system one of the best step toward the more renewable energy. Our focus are only wind energy. One of the most important challenges associated with wind power resources is the variance of the output power. All grid system are operates in constant speed. In present market many solution are available of wind turbine but more are operate are constant speed and fixed-speed, fixed frequency wind turbine its disadvantages are an Uncontrollable reactive power consumption, mechanical stress and limited power quality Control. Our focus is only variable speed wind turbine system are small base and prototype micro-grid wind system which are design as a type of close loop system and control type and variable speed wind turbine The advantages of variable-speed wind turbines are an increased energy capture, improved power quality and reduced mechanical stress on the wind turbine. because the system are sense input power and can be take decision according situation and adjust the output power by load.Which are low cost and maximum power tracking at output, at low cost, reliable and cost- effective system. We resolve also try to generate a system with a mechanical to electric power ability which is compare to recent solution available in present marketplace. We want the Cost barrier can be reduce then people are shift to electric micro-grid system
Project ObjectivesDevelop a cost-effective laboratory test bench for wind energy system modeling and practical validation. As we know that Pakistan is suffering from the energy crises and we have a vast coastal line area. For developing such system we need a prototype apparatus to test the specifications of the turbine and the nature of the wind. In this project we can substitute different types of the turbine to observe the different nature of the different turbines. The system must actively adjust the load presented to the turbine using a variable DC/DC converter duty cycle to achieve maximum power extraction. The system must be able to reliably deliver up to 800 W to the load given sufficient wind. Overall system (from turbine output to the load) can operate with an efficiency of 85 % or higher when operating at up to 100 W, 80 % at 100-300 W, and 75% or higher at 300-800 W
we will archived the following goals.
- System must be able to provided to 24 DC output to load and then charge the battery at various wind speed.
- System consist of maximum power point tracking system (MPPT) and active boost-boost converter.
- Increase the effciency of wind energy 70-80%.
- System is able to adjust the load at output in various wind speed in both condition low and high wind speeds.
- System are efficent and accessible low cost solution power generation
system.
Project Implementation MethodWe will make a control system for variable speed wind turbine to achieve maximum power from wind turbine for smart home micro-grid. In which we use power converters for control of variable speed wind turbine and also use controller by which the power will adjust itself at low and high wind speed and to get more efficient results. Variable speed wind turbine control system consists of a power electronic converters. The three phase AC power from generator is set into the full- wave rectiers circuits that supplies a direct current (DC current) to the DC/DC converter. After that DC/DC converter supplies to the load which is a battery etc. In order to achieve maximum power extraction, we used power electronics converters which is control or interfaced with a micro-controller that set the duty cycle of the DC/DC converter, with which we can vary the load presented to the wind turbine system and hence to control the speed of wind turbine and to achieve the maximum power point tracking from the wind turbine. Aside from the high power requirements of Our system also our system have a low power subsystem where to support maximum power point function able. This includes sensors which is interfaces with wind turbine and micro-controller which read data such as output voltage, output current, rotational speed of the wind turbine and the speed of wind from sensors and then calculate the eciency and power of the control system and wind turbine. This data will be displayed on the liquid crystal display (LCD) and the LED is blinked by the micro-controller indicates that the system is operational or not.The control systems implemented has the ability to maintains a output voltage constant while the system monitoring any abnormal situation to act quickly and secure the system output voltages.

Resolve the energy crises in Baluchistan because people invest an excessive amount of money in solar panels where solar panel have less power output. our system is the alternative of solar panels. Provided best quality of system at low cost, maximum amount of power, easily accessible in market. System are automatic to operate at low wind speed and high wind speed and automatically adjust output load at low and high wind speed. We can easily use at home, office, schools, etc. System are operate 24 hours when the blade blow and wind available. we can easily charge battery and system called battery storage system
Technical Details of Final Deliverable- variable speed generator.

Provide the small-scale home-grid wind turbine control
system to uses the power converters and digital controller system through algorithmically to find the maximum power point in a particular wind speed condition to adjust the load. System determine the maximum power point and check out the power at the input-output load use the solution to control the variable speed wind turbine in high and low wind speed is more effcient, and suitable in Baluchistan. Increase the effciency of the winds turbine to deliver more power at load.
