Project Area of Specialization Artificial IntelligenceProject SummaryAs dengue virus is a very common now-a-days in Pakistan and over 14000 cases are appeared in a week and there’s no any specific measures to avoid dengue fever. The purpose of the project is to design and develop a system that predicts the chances of patient to be affected by dengue virus. System will diagnose dengue fever in patients based on symptoms provided, so that early measures could be taken.
We’ll use deep learning algorithms to build a system that will take dengue patients data as input and able to make predictions about their chances to be affected by this virus and will also diagnose disease(dengue) in patient.
We’ll integrate our prediction tool with our web application where users of different classes of society including doctors, patients, students etc will create account and use the tool.
Project ObjectivesTo predict the chances of being infected by Dengue fever and to diagnose it in patients, to examine severeness of dengue fever, based on symptoms provided, so their precious lives can be saved.
Project Implementation MethodWe will be using Deep learning algorithms to build model, that model will predict Dengue virus outbreak and also diagnose virus in patients.
Benefits of the ProjectThis project will be helpful for both government and public. As government can predict the outbreak of virus and take precautionary measures. And it will also be helpful in diagnosing virus in patients.
Technical Details of Final Deliverable- User will just interact with web based interface.
- Server system will predict outbreak of virus or diagnose disease based on model's output.
- Report will be generated based on model's output.
