Project Area of Specialization Computer ScienceProject SummaryQEC is responsible for the review of quality standards and the quality of teaching and learning in each subject area. QEC is responsible for the review of academic affiliations with other institutions in terms of effective management of standards and quality of programs. QEC is the backbone of any university which has to outperform for quality education. The conventional workflow of QEC is based on a file-based system which is itself a big challenge to outperform. There are many problems such as transparency, personal dependency, time-consuming processes, long-awaited annual evaluations, lack of public confidence, lack of student-centered policies, and student’s feedback without any interference and influence, etc. to address these issues we are directed from higher authorities to automate most of the functions of QEC as our FYP. This project will set a new landmark in quality enhancement and uplifting the university. In this project, we are given the requirements by Director QEC to automate its functions and make it available on the university’s website for easy access. The functions to automate are student evaluations, teacher evaluations, alumni surveys, course evaluations, course files, employer surveys, research progress reports of all research students, and reports of all functions. The scope of the project may increase if new requirements are given from QEC.
Project Objectives- This project will provide a user-friendly web-based application to handle almost all possible paperwork in the QEC department of the Women University of AJ&K Bagh.
- This project will be helpful in promoting public confidence that the quality and standards of the award of degrees are enhanced and safeguarded through data analytics.
- This project will be helpful for the review of quality standards and the quality of teaching and learning in each subject area. Different evolution Performa will be used for the review.
- This project will be helpful for the review of academic affiliations with other institutions in terms of effective management of standards and quality of programs with timely analysis.
- This project will provide clear and explicit standards as points of reference to the reviews to be carried out. It should also help the employees to know what they could expect from candidates. Every relevant person can have access to these standards.
- This project will help to disseminate the qualifications framework by setting out the attributes and abilities that can be expected from the holder of a qualification, i.e. Bachelors's, Bachelor's with Honors, Master’s, M. Phil., Doctoral. Students can be well aware of their respective frameworks.
- This project will help to analyze the program specifications. These are standard sets of information clarifying what knowledge, understanding, skills, and other attributes a student will have developed on successfully completing a specific program.
- This project will be helpful in quality assurance processes and methods of evaluation to affirm that the quality of provision and the standard of awards are being maintained and to foster curriculum, subject, and staff development, together with research and other scholarly activities
- This project will also ensure that the university’s quality assurance procedures are designed to fit in with the arrangements in place nationally for maintaining and improving the quality of Higher Education with mapping and analytics.
- The history of QEC will be maintained and easily accessible at any time for report generation and for policymaking.

We will follow the waterfall model due to the reason that:

In designing, we will use UML diagrams because we will follow OOP.
PHP will use for the backend.
