We will aim to develop an efficient application and website that works as a fully functional portal where clients and personnel are directly connected and so are any other staff that may be required for information. The application will contain a separate forum of personal progress and activities. Noticeboard forums that notify concerned clients about their re-scheduling and cancelled appointments.

Project Objectives

The objective of the application is to make it as convenient as possible for members and clients of the therapy center, to track the activities they are given and the progress they make through them. To schedule and keep updated with their sessions and keep directly in touch with their respective service providers and acquire feedback by ensuring efficient modes of two-way communication. It is also used to effectively communicate and re-scheduling or any extensions in payments for both parties so that there is always a convenient database in hand, of what delays and pending situations are afoot.

Project Implementation Method

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Final Deliverables will inclde:

1. SRS: A software requirements specification document, describes what the software will do and how it will be expected to perform. It also describes the functionality the product needs to fulfill all stakeholders (business, users) needs.

2. SDS: The Software Design Specification document, tracks the necessary information required to effectively define architecture and system design in order to give the development team guidance on architecture of the system to be developed.

3. Other Artifacts:Contains all the important documents that the client must have but are not listed in the SRS or the SDS.

4. Working Application: The working application with include an Admin web interface and a users Mobile interface.
