For these groups of people, considerations must be given to usability issues in the tasks of programming, monitoring and managing the incubator technologies, as well as to ergonomic issues in supporting visual and physical access to the infant. Hypothermia is one of the essential parts of the child mortality which decreases body temperature and happens when a body dissipates more warmth than it holds. In individuals, it is described as a body focus temperature underneath 35.0 °C (95.0 °F). It has two central sorts of causes which occurs; from unbelievable cool and any condition that reduces warm age or extends warm incident. An incubator is designed to provide a safe, controlled space for infants to live while their vital organs develop. Unlike a simple bassinet, an incubator provides an environment that can be adjusted to provide the ideal temperature as well as the perfect amount of oxygen, humidity, and light. Babies born prematurely may need additional time to develop their lungs and other vital organs. (Their eyes and ear drums may be so sensitive that normal light and sound would cause permanent damage to these organs.) Also, babies born extremely early will not have had the time to develop fat just under the skin and will need help to keep themselves warm and toasty. Baby incubator is intended to give a climate that limits weight on the newborn child and addresses fundamental issues of warmth, nourishment, care and insurance to guarantee legitimate development and improvement. This projects provides a smart IoT based incubator that not only offers basic features such as: humidity control, heartbeat monitoring, oxygen monitoring etc., but also projects these parameter along with live moment of baby on the mobile phone using an IOT interface android application. This project have ability to deliver extra features over the conventional incubators in the market and very cost effective. |

Project ObjectivesThe main goal of this project is not only to improvement in the design, including control of heating, clean-ability and protection of baby, Temperature control, Humidity Control, Uv lights for skin disease, oxidation sensors etc. but also remote access through android mobile application using IoT.
The overall cost of the baby incubator in market is very high and cannot be affordable to remote areas, we provide low cost baby incubator which works more efficiently,
Project Implementation MethodThe implementation of Smart Baby Incubator with IoT integration includes the following three stages.
- Model of Glass to make incubator.
- Installation of various controlling parameters like temperature, humidity , oxidation etc
- Installation of a comfortable baby bed.
- LCD Display interfacing.
- Integration of Baby incubator with Mobile Application to observe readings and control various features.

- In addition to climate control, an incubator offers protection from allergens, germs, excessive noises, and light levels that might cause harm. An incubator’s ability to control humidity also allows it to protect a baby’s skin from losing too much water and becoming brittle or cracking.
- An incubator can include equipment to track a range of things including a baby’s temperature and heart rate. This monitoring allows nurses and doctors to constantly track a baby’s health status.
- Cost Effective: The overall cost of baby incubator in market is very high and cannot be affordable to remote areas,we provide low cost baby incubator which works more efficiently,
- More Advanced: we do have more advancement in it, In past the incubators were not controlled remotely through mobile app but now this incubator will monitor all functions of the incubator through an android app using IOT.
- Live Movements: We used a camera for live movements of the baby in incubators on the mobile phone of doctors and also on the staff room.
- Skin Diseases Protection: We use UV lights for skin diseases of baby faces in incubators.
- Protection from infection, drafts, auditory noise, airborne,irritants and excessive handling.
The final product will be an integrated system based on hardware and software. The software will be an andriod application that will be used to observe features of baby incubator and efficienct reporting of alarms. The flow chart of the project is as below:
Hardware includes temperature sensor, humidity sensor, oxidation meter, heatbeat monitor, motion controller, etc., installation of a comfirtable baby bed, LCD display, heater, UV light.
