‘Samaan Aasaan’ is a mobile and web application which will provide transportation system and will fullfill users need. User shall be able to book vehicle online, track their luggage, time estimation and billing. It will also allow drivers and customers to interact with each other and sort out their problems regarding transporting of luggage.

Vehicle Owners can register their vehicles in our system and can earn more because they will have more bookings.

• To provide job opportunities for drivers and vehicle owners.
• Customer can veiw etimation of time, distance and charges before completing the booking process.

• Samaan will not be a plateform specific and can be accessed through web from any devices that are connected to the internet.

“Samaan Aasaan – Move accross the future” is a best core solution for the mean of transportation which can be accessed from any device through web and people can do the online booking of vehicle easily. They can track their luggage and will have consistant fairs.

Samaan will have multiple language support for interactivity. There will be trust worthy drivers and vehicle owners and customer can rate and review about them. Any dangerous customers will be blocked and drivers will be removed from the system by the system owners.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The major modules of our system are:

• Profile management – Driver and customer  will be able to manage their profile.
• Vehicle booking –Customer can book vehicle online.

• Multiple location – Customer can book multiple vehicles for different locations. Scheduled Booking – Customer can book vehicle for any scheduled time.

• Vehicle registration – Vehicle owners can register their vehicles.
• Vehicle tracking – Customer can track the current location of the vehicle during transportation.

• Payment and time estimation – Before booking vehicle customer will select pickup and drop location and on the base of the location proper time and payment estimate will be shown.
• Luggage estimation - How much luggage customer wants to transport
• Finding proper routes – Best route will be identified on map for the ease of drivers.
• Communication system – Drivers and customers can communicate with each other through chatting or calling.
• Multiple language support – Multiple languages (urdu) for those who have difficulty understanding english.
