We will develop a real-time mask and temperature detector. It would be able to recognize the face using TensorFlow. It will be a small, portable, efficient, useful, and affordable device. The detection sequence would be mask and temperature detection followed by facial recognition. The device would be equipped with a high-resolution camera, temperature, and humidity sensor. It could be installed at the entrance of any installation like schools, universities, malls, hotels, public places etc.

Project Objectives

The objectives are to provide a small, fast, efficient, useful, and cost-effective solution for any organization. It will help flag possible COVID cases. It could be used to keep a digital record of every person who enters the premises.

Project Implementation Method

This project uses deep intelligence, TensorFlow, Keras, and OpenCV for mask detection. This method can be used in defense as it is inexpensive to apply.

In the first step, we will detect the mask. Secondly, using MLX90614 temperature sensor, the temperature will be read. Infrared sensors will be used to monitor the number of people who enter and leave the room. Finally, the face would be recognized using Tensor Flow model.

Benefits of the Project

This project will help detect mask and temperature, thus helping any organization to flag possible COVID cases. It will help recognize friendly faces, and their attendance could be marked (if required). It would be a cost-effective and easy-to-implement solution.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The project will be based on kit of sensors and detectors .the Kit includes cameras , sensors for temperature sensors,database connection.The cameras and sensors will be connected to the raspberry pi with wires and upload the data to the secure database. The Kit can be modify with different versions of sensors or cameras .
Further more the hardware more will be based on a Lcd to locate the persons recognition and detection of face mask this approach will be based more efficient for detecting sensing temperature . the raspberry pi 4 is very much efficient for implementation of proposed project.
Code will be of Python language using Open CV also an android app will also be provided with the hardware to check the data monitoring online through wifi and get email alerts or message alerts which includes biometric impression for login fast and secure .Forget Passward and change passward options will also be available in app .the change or forget password will be forwarded to the provided email account of the admin user of the app so using with the user can change password
