In a warehouse and industries, we have solar panels which are quite beneficial when it comes to saving electrical energy. Nonetheless, there are a variety of panels and solar charge controllers. But all of them are without smart features. By that we mean they just provide a specified
continuous voltage supply without providing the smart control structure. There are three different types of Solar Charge Controllers, They are PWM (pulse width modulated), Maximum power point tracking (MPPT) but with respect to the present time, the most widely preferable one is the Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) Solar Charge Controller. It is an expensive item for commercial point of view and household device. So to overcome this problem many people prefer to choose the PWM instead of MPPT. We therefore are designing the Arduino based MPPT with installation of automation load modules to control the loads individually . Instead, the user has to operate the loads manually. The feature like Seasonal Based Selection, balancing of load by Smart Feature & Maximum irradiance level tracking via movement of the solar panel depending on the angle of the sun are all included & pre-installed in our controller. The smart control will transfer the signal to load automation module which will transfer that signal to the mains load and appliances to execute the algorithms.
 

Project Objectives

In commonly used Solar Power Systems setup installed in warehouses, industries and homes the solar power just works and provides the electrical power output without any smart feature, without any load balance and smart control. We are trying to eradicate the simple framework of solar power to smart control that’ll execute certain functions based on smart working.

4. Elevation and Azimuth angle Control.
