In the modern era where everything is digitalized and social media has emerged to be the platform to raise user’s opinion it is important for the business now more than  ever to start monitoring the opinions of their audiencecustomers. It is becoming an important part of market research as we know what our audiencecustomers thinks about our product and service. That’s why we are creating a system that will analyze the audiencecustomers sentiments i.e. sentiments is the underlying feeling associated with the opinions and emotions i.e. whether the sentiments were negative, positive or neutral and whether the emotions were anger, fear, guilt, affections, sadness etc.

Further it will also extract the important terms related to the sentiments and also entity recognition to provide the business insight of the user sentiments.

Following will the process of sentiment analysis,

• Data will be fetched from the Camera.
• The System will process and filter the data.
• stemming mining will be performed for the feature extraction and sentimental entity extraction.
• Complete and word by word and emoticons analysis will be displayed to the user, Admin using data visualization.

This project includes multiple applications where we can use sentiment analysis to predict any security issue, user experience in marts and others such as,

• Online interviews whre we can visualize sentiments of interviewee and judge his confidence level by his expressions.
• Customer satisfaction level by seeing a particular product and visualize his level of interest in any particular product.
• Driver drowsiness detection while driving

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

For the design and development of sentiment analysis, few are the technical requirements for training and testing purpose.

GPU based system , where a bulk of data will be trained so that accuracy of the model will be high enough to be deployed in any real time senario such as Mart, Airport security, cars.

This GPU based system will have folowing configuration,  

16GB RAM, SSD 128GB, 2GB graphic card, i3 3rd generation board.

Accurate prediction need good quality camera which should be high resolution HD.
