Similarly, students spend ample of time on self-analysis and Assessment; Moreover students are also dependent on their tutors/Mentos for preparation. Hence, we are working on an Automated Question Generating System through which you can self-analyze and redundant to depend on mentors.
Moreover, increasing number of online examination could be anonymous through computer application, eliminating the possibility of cheating and thereby securing the privacy and integrity of the examination.
This system intends to generate intelligent and relevant question from the provided text. Through this computerized application, we can reduce the task of an educator. Much time can be saved if we can know what appropriate questions can be asked for the given input of text.
Project ObjectivesThe objective of this project is to automate the process of question generation from provided text, whose main functionality includes, identifying relevant sentences related to topic (sentence selection), generating intelligent natural language questions, fill in the blanks, MCQs and ranking questions based on their relevancy using relative pronouns and relative adverbs from complex English sentences.
Project Implementation MethodThe system would initially take an input from as desired by user. Input will be processed further on in order identify potential set of sentences, after identify subject and context of each sentence, related questions or fill in the blanks are formed. The question generated will be then rated according to their relevance. The system will be mostly developed using python as programming language and its library NLTK, Numpy, Pandas, Spacy ,Standford NLP Libraries. System will further use machine and deep learning techniques to generate intelligent and relevant questions.

Usually, manual effort for assessment and question generation take up a lot of time, system will help reduce this time consuming process and will automatically provide with relevant question on a click of button.
Integrity and privacy:
As Generated question will be anonymous and random by system, which will increase the integrity of questions and reduce cheating or plagiarism.
Self-assessment:
Students, specially will be able to analyze themselves in a more effective manner by assessing through generated questions.

- Clean the text and remove special character.
- Break the Text into sentences
- Tokenize sentences into words
