•In industries like Automobile industry, Oil and gas, Food and beverage, Medical/pharmaceutical their has been demand of the materials with specific physical properties, so in order to meet the required polymer blends we need a polymer blending & extrusion machine to produce a stable polymer blends with required physical properties.

•Increasing strength of polymers

•More economical in terms of final manufactured cost, so more in demand.

•Corrosion resistant as well as lighter in weight than metals, which is especially important for fuel economy in automotive applications.

•The past several decades have seen many developments in the science and engineering of polymer blends.

Project Objectives

As this technology is very expensive to import, so we are making it in less cost and our aim is to introduce it in local industries of Pakistan, so we will not be dependent on other countries and the product production cost will be much lower than now.

We can even introduce it for research work in pakistan, it will boost research work in pakistan also.

Project Implementation Method

First we will make 3d cad model, after analysing it by FEA method and validating it with analytical design, will be ready to make a table top model of the project. After testing and improvements will be ready to manufacture it in large quantity / mass production.
