Selecting the suitable medicine for the type of illness is usually take time and makes the patient or customer waiting. Therefore, the time is waste for the customer to be waiting. Many patients are not fit enough to buy medicine themselves. Second, is the check and balance on the pharmacies is very big challenge especially in Pakistan. Fraud and copy of original medicines that delivered to customers is a big thread. In a pandemic situation like covid-19 people faces a lot of problems to get medicine themselves and. Through this application people get the wanted medicines easily and protect our health.
The n-gram technique is used in this system to speed up the searching process by the user typing medicine name in the user application interface. The drawback of existing system is online shopping or android apps are not user friendly. The proposed mobile app is user friendly by implementing the Bot Builder Framework for online medicine shopping. Virtual pharmacy provides the functionality of chat boot and by uploading prescription document of any doctor to easily get medicine at home. The check and balance are monitor by admin of the virtual pharmacy system. Agile methodology will be used.
Project Objectives
To design a real time health system in which complete check and balance on the medicines and easy with short time access to medical stores. Converting the running process of medical stores from manual to automated.

Project Implementation Method
In development phase developed the project design product that are consider in the development phase. The requirements for development can be gather from the pharmacist, rider, customer, and the CEO of pharmacy hub and analyses. With the analysis of different stakeholders of the pharmacy hub clarify all requirements.
Methodology:
The extreme programming method will in the development of this proposed project.
Step that we will follow in this part are:
- Develop the front end of the website
- Create database design
- Integrate the database with front end by building back end
- Specification Breakdown
- Management Plan
If specification breakdown from developer, then initially specification is design in a formal way, then monitor each specification and completed sequentially.
This system targets specific area where the system will provide opportunities to pharmacy to selling their product. And user to get their medicine at home. The application should be user friendly with accurate medicine details. The system can be further extended to link multiple medical shops to enhance the buying experience of users. This system provides serval pharmacies medicine at your town. Users don’t have to go to multiple pharmacy for buying medicine. This system provides multiple pharmacy in one platform so users will be able to save their time and effort, because time is money. Pharmacy can earn by selling any service. Users get their medicine at home. Efficient delivery and a simple ordering process. Completely convenient. Some prescription medicine is not available. System can be failed. This system only be accessible with in Johor town Lahore. While designing must keep in mind that system should be user friendly, ease of use and quick access to medicines.
