Project management tool provides you the ability to easily establish a hierarchy of tasks for effective and efficient completion. It lets you indicate which steps are sequential and which tasks are dependent on one another. It also can be used for efficient task management; assign all the important tasks to employees and monitor how they are performing. Moreover, it gives a team leader a chance to always be able to see the tasks that his team is working on, and which team members are involved in the task. It allows you to collect data about team members, to know their work pace. This will make planning future projects much easier. The team leader can then make much more precise time estimations. Project management tool also supports storage and organization of a variety of documents. It is much easier to perform all the necessary tasks without sending thousands of emails with attached documents where, sooner or later, things become convoluted. As well, having access to calendars of other team members is convenient because sooner or later, a meeting between team members must be organized. So, having access to people’s calendar makes coordinating much easier. The whole workflow becomes improved, as people can collaborate on a variety of tasks. This leads to a significant improvement in productivity, which leads to higher profits in the business world.

Project Objectives

As more people become involved in project management not using a software program can be quite challenging to accomplish a project. The companies should be able to assign tasks to all the team managers in different departments and be able to have categories of each department so they can see who’s working on what. Being able to communicate to different groups and, if someone is sick or gone, they must be able to assign that task to someone. So, ease of collaboration between employees is a priority requirement. In the present systems, the manager manually checks the availability of employees and assign tasks to them. It is also difficult and time consuming to track project and meet deadlines in such a system where team is busy reworking and emailing project and meeting schedules when something goes against the plan. It leads team to shift their focus from its goals. As a result, they are unable to work smoothly and efficiently.

Project Implementation Method

• The user must register first.
• The manager will register and login. Then he will create an organization where he will add his organization members. An email will be sent to them for joining whether they are registered or not.
• A chatbot will be available to help the user if he needs any guidance in using Taskwud.
• After adding organization members, the manager will create projects and create project teams.
• He will assign tasks to team members by creating tasks first. This can be done by team leader too.
• The team member can submit his tasks, manager and team leader can review these tasks.
• If the task is completed, the reviews will be added to employees/team members’ portfolio, otherwise, they will be shown on Kanban board.
• The manager or team leader can schedule meetings with the help of chatbot.
• The teams can arrange online audio/video meetings with screenshare. They can also use whiteboard for brainstorming and save it for later use.
• The user can edit/delete his account details.
