Main Idea:
The basic idea of this project entitled "Online Payment of Toll Plaza and Parking of cars" is to pay toll and parking taxes via the LPR Camera as well as two android apps are deemed. The idea of this project is to convey the government sectors about the identification of each car and their paid taxes via an application software. This may reduce the time to estimate and calculate the number of cars that are paying the tax. Beside the government, people themselves could get the advantage of not wasting the time at toll, and can have online record of paid tax.  
Methodology:
Owner will register an account for parking or toll plaza tax administration and able to sell credits for customers. Alongside, Admin can see the record of total sale of credits and maintain the payment record for check and balance. On the contrary, customers once registered, they will get 2 free credits which can be used in either parking or toll plaza taxes. Customer can buy and pay credits for taxes. When their registered car is scanned by LPR Camera, payment will automatically be deducted from their registered account and customer will get a notification of payment of taxes (including all the details per payment such as location, plate no, tax amount and date).

Project Implementation Method

The “online payment of toll plaza and parking of cars” app is based on the android platform, and it is created by using Android Studio such that a user friendly UI and working of the app is developed. Later, an LPR Camera is evolved with a mobile to show the result by scanning the plate number of a car. Further, match the saved and present plate number in order to locate the plate number of paid tax. In the payment process, a wallet is created in android app to track the record of all the transaction in a credit card via a data base known as Firebase. The firebase allows to store online data and maintain the record of each customer.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Final deliverable will be two mobile apps(admin & customer). 

Admin mobile app will sell the credits and maintain the record. while as customer mobile app will be used for registering and by using that customer will be notified by every tax paid by a notification.
