Online Divorce Management System is an online cloud base system that will efficiently manage divorce cases in court. This system would available for users 24X7. The user only needs internet collection and a system with the web browser. A lawyer can register with the system. Once their profile would be verified by the admin team.

Their details would be available on the website. The lawyer then can view client details, take the cases, receive payment. This system would also help the clients to search the cases and lawyers. They can choose their lawyer as per their requirement and money. The client can read the cases.

From this website and make the decision to withdraw the case for better happy married life. This system is not intended to increase divorce cases. The software is truly for managing the hard search a lawyer process easier and more conveniently. With help of this system, they can easily connect to lawyers to fix the meetings.

Pay them online. Check the status of the case. This system would also user-friendly, secured. Every data or information is in the system is encrypted using encryption algorithms. Stay connected to the system. Stay happy. It is better to be apart rather than fighting and living an unsuccessful married life.

Project Objectives

As the women role has been changed and he has to show himself like a good mother, wife and daughter. So the women has to face many difficulties so that he can manage all of his problems. And if any spouse couple are not happy together then they have right to separate and to end up their married life with great dignity,

So that they can move forward in their life.

  For this purpose we have designed a project by using this the spouse couple can easily end up their married life, our purpose is not to increase the divorce ratio’s but to ease up the process of divorce. We are not going against the Pakistan law act of divorce and not to go against the Islamic rules.

  We will provide a platform from where the spouse couple can easily end up their married life by hiring a lawyer of his own choice by registering himself on the website, and we also provide them the facility to solve their problems without divorce.

Project Implementation Method

The project is a cloud based online system which will operate 24x7. The final implementation will be delivered in the form of web aplication. Our goal is to provide our end users a platform where they can get there metters resolved with ease. 

Benefits of the Project

• The interface provides the options as per the need of the client and lawyer, here the admin can control the accounts of the other entities.
• The divorce management system doesn’t support or encourage the process but the intention is to provide a platform to ease up the procedure.
• The concurrent running of the database in the system is done smoothly by the admin, he also manage the troubleshoot and errors of the system.
• The lawyer can also get all the information of the client through the system along with the confidential documents of the client.
• The interface provides the options as per the need of the client and lawyer, here the admin can control the accounts of the other entities.

Using DB first approach

Using ASP.Net (MVC 5) as our main FrontEnd.

And Entity FrameWork (4.8)

Using SQL Server (2018) as our DataBase Management.

Using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, Jquery
