Summary: The purpose to made this system is to provide effective and easy way to students, now a days everything goes to online, Admissions are also online, these systems may use in other countries commonly, but in our country Pakistan there is no any awareness about that, also this type of systems are very helpful in these situations of COVID-19, This system is secure and provide full detail of admission and also provide effective knowledge about institute to encourage the student for online admission.

Project Objectives

Objectives:

• To design online admission system totally computerized, paper free, save the time and cost. 
• Students can easily and effectivity apply for admission and get information about their admission steps / processes
• Online system will provide the tracking mechanism ( Staring to ending process of admission) .
• To Provide the online Test Facility.
• To Develop the online Reporting Panel to generate the multiple reports i.e students list, slips, test results, merits list, department-wise selection list etc

Project Implementation Method

 Data Gathering: fist we collect the data , reading and analyzing the literature reviews.

Planning: After the data gathering we plan our module for our system to make.

Designing: in this stage we design our form or pages or our system and also design the database for our project.

implementation: we do coding to make and integrate our project and aslo do testing along with coding for the smooth flow of our project work.

Deployement: after the coding and testing when we have to done our project on the time that are given by the institute we deploy our project with our thiesis with good presentation to our institute.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

In the final deliverable of the project, first we have to assign the dates through the unvirsity notifiaction to submit the reports of the projects. After that we the university again announce te final date of the project submition to present the university along our thesis write-up of our project. The committe of FYP Department HOD and an externals will be over there where our FYP taken with theisis and Presentation.
